- Final Sale: All appliances, including new, used, and scratch-and-dent items, are sold as-is. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchases once the sale is complete.
- Condition of Appliances: All appliances, including used and scratch-and-dent units, are sold as-is with a general description of their condition, which may include cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or dents. If purchasing online, please carefully review all provided images, as lighting can affect how the products appear. Some details may not be fully visible in the photos. We strongly encourage customers to inspect the items in person, whenever possible, to ensure satisfaction with their condition before making a purchase.
- Warranty Information: While we do not accept returns, we offer a limited warranty on most products. Please refer to the warranty details provided with your purchase for information on repairs and servicing.
- No Exceptions: Due to the nature of our products (including used and scratch-and-dent items), we do not offer exceptions to this policy, even in cases of buyer’s remorse or minor dissatisfaction.
- Delivery & Installation: Once appliances are delivered and/or installed, the sale is final. We are not responsible for any issues that arise post-purchase, including operational issues, cosmetic damage, or installation-related concerns.
