Warranty Terms and Conditions

All new appliances come with a 6-month warranty, while used appliances are covered for 4 months. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will repair the appliance free of charge. The warranty remains the same even if a repair is made. Please note that all warranties are non-refundable. All sales are final, We do not offer refunds. For customers who choose to pick up appliances from our store, please be aware that you will be responsible for bringing the appliance back to the purchase location for any in-warranty service-related issues. If you are unable to transport the appliance, we can send a technician to your location for a fee, starting at $50 for local service and repairs, based on distance. Out-of-state customers will need to bring the appliance to our store for repairs. All services must be paid in advance prior to the technician's visit or delivery of the replacement appliance. Our warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, resulting in appliance malfunction. We do not cover damage caused by physical abuse or misuse by the customer, electrical issues related to your home's wiring or electrical system, improper use or installation of the appliance, or overloading or operating the appliance outside of its intended specifications. To ensure proper use and maintenance, we recommend consulting your appliance's user manual. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct usage and installation, and we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty terms and conditions.
